Some of you may know that I absolutely LOVE to bake! I want to share with you some of our family favorites. Some have been passed down from our families for quite some time, and others are new that we have tried and loved.
To tell you a little about my family...here it is. I am married to an amazing man that brightens each and every day of my life. The Mr is going to school and I am currently teaching 1st grade. We love to exercise and be as active as we can, because we love it, and so we can enjoy delicious food that I make. I am lucky enough to have spare time every now and again to get into my "element" as the Mr says, and loose track of time in the kitchen.
My love for baking began years ago when I would see my mom
busy in the kitchen...I always wanted to help her. She would let me help a little at a time, until she knew that I could bake on my one. Once I got to college, I was lucky enough to find a job at a bakery that became my second home, The Cocoa Bean. I loved the atmosphere and being able to get creating and experiment until something delicious was made!

To this day I still create and experiment while I am in the kitchen and have started to create recipes of my very own. They are here for you so please...ENJOY!!!
